Texas Advanced Manufacturing Acceleration Cluster (TAMAC)
An SBA Regional Innovation Cluster

Building the next generation of suppliers for Texas manufacturing

TAMAC helps startups and small firms bring new technologies to production, raise capital, and win work with regional buyers like Toyota, Samsung, Tesla, and Boeing.

About

The Austin to San Antonio corridor is full of advanced manufacturing startups and small firms building promising technologies, processes, and products. Many of them are not yet connected to the region’s large manufacturers, utilities, and defense buyers, or do not yet hold the certifications those buyers require.

The Texas Advanced Manufacturing Acceleration Cluster (TAMAC) is designed to help local startups and small firms reach the point where they qualify as suppliers through targeted virtual training, advisor-led matchmaking with the corridor's buyers, and capital readiness support at no cost. For regional buyers, that means a shorter and more secure local supply chain and more qualified suppliers close to home.
